All media is acid-free rated for 100-150 years of life so prints won't fade
Satin finish is our default paper, but we also offer glossy and matte
Black/gray inks are used to create excellent black and white prints

All prints have a ¼” white border to make framing easier
No watermarks or other borders will be on prints except panoramas which have the option of having the city name and white border

Due to cost of shipping, and the inability to ship glass, we recommend local framing (we can ship prints directly to a local framer and can often arrange for a discount on a framing job), however if you want your prints delivered framed and ready to hang and are okay with acrylic instead of glass, we do offer high quality framed prints in several sizes

High quality, thick 21 mil textured poly-cotton blend canvas ideal for non glare (150 year life)
Stretcher bars are sturdy 1.5” x 1.5” kiln dried wood to avoid warping
Three thin coats of protective spray are applied to help avoid cracking at edges and extend the already very long lifetime (150 years) of the canvas
Sides are mirrored (gallery wrapped) 2.75 inches around frame which tend to look best for our prints. If you would like a different wrap such as black, just put it in the notes or contact us before you place an order
Most mounted canvas have a backing panel and hangers, larger sizes will not have a backing
Mounted canvas prints are shipped within 4-5 business days of order to allow time for assembly and the protective spray to dry. They are shipped in durable bubble wrapped boxes or crates via fedex or ups ground 3-7 days

Metal Prints will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Like any fine art print, metal prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight . However, they can be hung outdoors if they are out of direct sunlight. Metal prints have an archival value that is better than the best giclee’s and photographic papers. Rochester Institute of Technology is currently running accelerated aging tests on metal prints and preliminary results show an archival value of well over 100 years.
The included and installed hanger floats your print 1/2" off the wall and has a keyhole in the top for secure hanging. Rubber bumpers on all four corners stabilize the print when hung.
For prints larger than 16" x 20" we back the metal to within 3" of the edge of the print with a 3/4" rigid board. This eliminates possible bowing of the metal. The Rigid Back is black and has a steel reinforced hole for easy hanging right out of the box. Rubber bumpers on all four corners stabilize the print on the wall.

Gatorboard mounted prints are an economical way of displaying prints, yet they still look professional and contemporary
A metal hanger is supplied with the order which you may then press into the back of the gatorboard at the centerline we will mark.
”Wall Float” Prints have Additional strips of gatorboard added to the back of the mounted print so that the print stands out (floats) from the wall by about 3/8".

Larger sized framed and mounted products have shipping built into the price because shipping gets very expensive for our heavier and more bulky products. You may find some of our products cheaper elsewhere, but often shipping charges can easily reach and exceed $100 or more where it’s free with our orders. Some larger orders could require an additional shipping charge, although contact us for a volume discount first!
Un-Framed Print orders are usually shipped within two business days and are shipped in durable industrial shipping tubes typically via USPS Priority Mail, but sometimes FedEx Ground (allow additional 2-4 days to reach destination)
Framed Prints and Metal Prints are usually shipped within 4-5 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (allow additional 3-9 days to reach destination), very large metal prints (over 30x45) can take 7-10 days to manufacture and ship
Mounted Canvas and Gatorboard Prints are usually shipped within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground (allow additional 3-9 days to reach destination)
Acrylic and Wall Murals are usually shipped within 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground (allow additional 3-9 days to reach destination)
Un-Framed or un-mounted Print orders can be shipped faster (sometimes as quick as next day) by contacting us when you place your order for additional shipping charges (typically $15-$30)
Most other products take more time to build and some can only be shipped ground, but if you need something shipped faster, contact us and we can look at our options
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get you a replacement order
If anything you ordered is damaged, we will send out a new order right away
Full refunds are on a case by case basis, all orders are custom and made at time of order, so a full refund would need to be justified, but we have never had a single dispute that we have not been able to work out
